Our Story
Brothers Landscaping & Property Maintenance was founded in 2023 by three brothers — Christopher Whitten, Gavin Limpf, and Christopher Brecht — who share a love for working outdoors, making properties look their best, and helping people feel proud of the spaces they own and manage. What began as a passion for quality landscaping and hands-on weekend work quickly grew into a company built on trust, reliability, and strong community relationships.
Based in Perrysburg, Ohio, Brothers LPM provides professional landscaping and property maintenance services for residential homeowners, real estate professionals, hotels, property managers, retail centers, industrial properties, and HOA and multi-family communities. We believe in doing things the right way showing up when we say we will, putting our all into every service, and delivering quality work every time.
